I Need Help On A Music Video!

So im entrying in my schools Film Festival for the first time and I have to make a music video. I have to take a song and rewrite the lyrics into my own and either I or a friend has to sing it. It has to be school appropriate. Nothing sexual, drugs, or violance. It has to be 2 to 4 mintues long.
So I picked the song California Gurls by Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg
Ive never wrote lyrics before so im having a hard time doing this project. Ive got like half of it done but now im stuck. If anyone would like to help send me a note and ill message u wat I have of the lyrics so far.
